Currently the passwordManager field in the ServiceUser doesn't do anything.
If the field is set to true it should add the user to group lldap_password_manager otherwise lldap_strict_readonly .
If the value is changed the user should also be removed from old group again.

If #2 is implemented, make this field add to the values of additonalGroups.
